I am flexible in my work in that, while I am aware of my role in an organization and its mission, I do my best to educate myself in other ways I may help the organization accomplish its larger goals. I believe details can make or break a well-planned strategy and am constantly finding ways to ensure small details which may be missed by others are accounted for while I am present.
